The sister of a man who died at Kathy Jackson's NSW property claims the former Health Services Union boss is refusing to hand back some of her brother's belongings.
Jacqueline Fisher and her friend Leeanne Hosking confronted Jackson as the ex-union heavyweight left the Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Ms Fisher's brother, 45-year-old Sean Fisher, died at Jackson's Wombarra home in March.
His sister says Jackson won't respond to requests for the return of her brother's belongings.
Ms Fisher says a bible - which has sentimental value - and a mobile phone and camera are among the items she wants back.
"Please give the stuff back," she appealed as she spoke to reporters outside court.
"It's not much to ask."
She said her brother met Jackson at South Coast Private Hospital, a mental health facility in Wollongong.
Mr Fisher's death was not treated as suspicious.
Jackson, 49, didn't respond when Ms Fisher and Ms Hosking shouted at her as she left court on Monday.
She is charged with 70 theft and deceptions charges over allegations she misappropriated and stole HSU money between 2003 and 2011.
Jackson is due back in court in January.
Ms Fisher and and Ms Hosking have vowed to return on that date.
