Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian wouldn't change a thing about her life.
The 29-year-old, star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, separated from husband Lamar Odom late last year after four years of marriage.
But the painful split hasn't stopped Kardashian from appreciating her existence.
"Your life is meant for you to understand and process, not to make anyone else happy," she told Cosmopolitan magazine in a new cover interview, before touching on sister Kim's experience divorcing basketball player Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage.
"If she wasn't happy it took guts to say, 'You know what? I can't do this anymore.' But you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. People hate us for showing stuff and they hate us when we say, 'Fine, we won't show it anymore.' I don't have any regrets. I wouldn't change a thing. You learn as you go."
Kardashian then went on to express her profound love for her family, which includes matriarch Kris Jenner, stepfather Bruce Jenner, sisters Kim, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, as well as her brother Rob.
She said her family makes her a better person.
"We live in the public eye, so if one of us makes a mistake, it affects everyone. I have a such a great support system here. We're so judged when we leave these walls that we try never to do that to one another."
Kardashian is now an aunt and it brings her so much joy to play with sisters Kim and Kourtney's children.
She hopes to have a few children of her own in the future.
"I love kids," Kardashian said.
"I hope and pray I have kids when the time is right."
