Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting baby number two.
The reality star's pregnancy was revealed in a promo trailer following the mid-season finale of her TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
"I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant," Kardashian tells her excited sister Khloe in the clip that has just gone to air in the US.
Kardashian and her musician husband West already have 21-month-old daughter North.
After struggling to conceive another child, the couple turned to IVF, allowing KUWTK cameras to follow Kardashian on her visits to the fertility specialist.
Fans have reacted positively to the news, with some having fun with baby names.
"Kim Kardashian is officially pregnant and she better name her next child South," Lindsay Rinker wrote on Twitter.
"So Kim Kardashian is pregnant again. Are they gonna name this one South East?" Will Rabb tweeted.
