It's a big, busy, and often cold and dreary city. London, that is. The city sometimes gets a bad wrap for being unfriendly.
But is all the hype just hogwash?
British based group Action Productions thought they would put Londoners to the test by creating scenarios where fellow human beings are in need of some kindness.
And those that helped were rewarded with a flash-mob style serenade and a smile.
