New Zealander Lydia Ko has won the Canadian Pacific Open for the third time after prevailing in a play-off against American Stacy Lewis.
A par on the first play-off hole was enough to land Ko the title at Vancouver Golf Club, where she is an honorary member.
It was the 18-year-old world No.2's third victory of the year in an LPGA event and the eighth of her career.
Ko started the final day of the $US2.25 million ($NZ3.37 million) event in a share of the lead with Taiwan's Candie Kung.
She had a birdie on the third hole and then, as Kung faded, she found herself with a three-stroke advantage over the rest of the field.
But Ko wasn't able to keep the momentum going, dropping a shot on the ninth hole amongst a succession of pars.
On the back nine, she was hauled in by Lewis.
The world No.3 produced birdies on the 16th and 17th to join Ko at the top of the leaderboard on the way to a five-under 67.
However, in the play-off, Lewis missed the fairway off the tee and her second shot went into the crowd.
Ko got on the green in regulation, missed the birdie chance, but sank the remaining one-metre par putt.
Ko's previous wins in the tournament, in 2012 and 2013, were as an amateur.
Her first victory, when aged 15 years and four months, made her the youngest winner of an LPGA event.
Australia's Minjee Lee tied for 23rd after posting a final round one-under-par 71 while Sarah Kemp finished in a tie for 32nd, two shots further back.
