Everton did climb out of the Premier League bottom three with a 2-1 win over Bournemouth last weekend, but the manager believes his side need a home win over Burnley on Sunday to ease the pressure heading into the international break.

"I am too long in this job to lose my confidence," Koeman told reporters on Friday.

"Yes, I am worried about the situation and how we can turn it around, but I have enough confidence to be the same manager I was for the last six or seven years, when I was successful."

"You can lose against Chelsea, you can lose against Tottenham, you can lose against Man(chester) United and we played 10 more games, and we lost one of 10 (which) is really positive to this situation."

Koeman confirmed defenders Michael Keane and Phil Jagielka remain doubts for the weekend and both players will get an opportunity to prove their fitness on Saturday.

Everton welcome Sean Dyche's Burnley, who have collected five points and are unbeaten in three away games this season.
