Brendon Lade is returning to Port Adelaide after seven years as an assistant coach at AFL rivals Richmond.
Lade, a Port premiership player, will be the club's new ruck coach, the Power said on Monday.
The 40-year-old was among a batch of assistants at Richmond to not be offered new contracts for next season.
