A new poll suggest Labor Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk will get a late swing in the Queensland election, with One Nation voters likely to decide the election through preferences.
The Newspoll published in The Weekend Australian on Saturday as the state heads to the voting booths shows Labor ahead of the Liberal National Party on a two-party-preferred basis at 52.5 per cent to 47.5 per cent.
As voters turn away from the major parties, the flow of preferences from minor parties, particularly Pauline Hanson's One Nation party, may be decisive in delivering a winner.
According to the Newspoll, primary support across Queensland for One Nation is at 13 per cent, with a strong 22 per cent primary backing in regional Queensland,.
Labor's support has dropped to 36 per cent from 37.5 per cent in the 2015 election, while LNP has plunged to 34 per cent from 41.3 per cent and the Greens are at 8.4 per cent from a previous 9 per cent.

Ms Palaszczuk was preferred premier at 45 per cent LNP's Tim Nicholls at 31 per cent.
