Leicester City may be the underdogs in their Champions League quarter-final against Atletico Madrid but they've shown in the past they can beat the odds.
The Foxes are the lone English team among the last eight as they head to Spain for Wednesday's (Thursday AEST) first leg.
Though they've failed to recapture the magic that carried them to a stunning Premier League title last season, they are on a bit of a high.
A run of six wins since Craig Shakespeare replaced the fired Claudio Ranieri as manager ended on the weekend but that hasn't dampened their spirit as they prepare for Atletico.
"We've got the Champions League game on Wednesday, which is another massive match for the club," defender Ben Chilwell said after the 4-2 loss at Everton.
"Everyone is confident. We'll go in to it with the same form we've had previous to the Everton game."
It's been a season of contrast for Leicester.
A disastrous title defence had them teetering near the EPL's relegation places before their recent winning streak lifted them near mid-table.
Their Champions League debut campaign has been another story as they easily topped their group ahead of Porto, Copenhagen and Club Brugge.
A spirited 2-1 loss at Sevilla in their their last-16 first leg somewhat surprisingly led to Ranieri's sacking but they responded to win 2-0 at home and progress.
Even though they've finally tasted defeat under Shakespeare, it hasn't left a bad taste in their mouth heading in to a matchup with one of Europe's top clubs.
"We've said before we don't dwell on results," Shakespeare said.
"We have to move on quickly and we will learn from it."
It's sure to be a tall order for Leicester against a side that has played in two of the past three Champions League finals - losing both to city rivals Real Madrid.
But that doesn't mean the Foxes won't put up a fight.
"It's been a dream of mine every since I was a kid to play in the Champions League so I relish every moment," goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel said.
"I've not studied Atletico closely but they are a top-class team.
"But when you see what we are about on any given day we could beat anyone.
"We are confident going in to any game, especially the form we are in.
"It's what you play for, those type of high-pressure games where everything is at stake."
