He was the star of the pre-season, but Western Force recruit Luke Morahan knows he'll have to step it up even more in Sunday's Super Rugby clash with the NSW Waratahs in Sydney.
Morahan has fitted in seamlessly since joining the Force at the end of last season, with the former Reds flyer the standout in trial wins over Samoa A and an Argentinian Pampas team.
The 23-year-old is set to be given first crack at fullback during the Super season, but coach Michael Foley also has the option of sending him to the wing to partner Wallaby Nick Cummins.
Morahan doesn't care where he plays - just as long as he gets a starting role.
The one-Test Wallaby scored one try and set up three others from fullback in last week's 29-6 win over the Argentinian Pampas.
But he knows the Force face a much tougher task in their bid to upset a Waratahs outfit laden with Wallabies, including backline stars Israel Folau, Kurtley Beale and Adam Ashley-Cooper.
"They've obviously got world-class players throughout their whole team. It's going to be a tough task, but I think we're up for it," Morahan said on Tuesday.
"They're not perfect. It's also the first round, so you can't really tell too much (about their form) until after the game.
"I'm feeling very comfortable (amongst the Force backline).
"It's been a long pre-season, so we've got to know each other really well and made some good combinations there.
"That showed over the trials where we scored some good tries."
Morahan will long be remembered for his amazing try for the Reds against the British and Irish Lions, where he shook off two tackles, collected his own chip-and-chase, shook off another tackle before touching down to complete the 75m solo effort.
Now Morahan is keen to unleash more magic during the Super Rugby season.
