Machete-wielding Qld thieves nabbed: cops

Two men who brandished machetes at a teenager convenience store attendant have been charged, police say.

Two machete-wielding men who held up a convenience store have been caught and charged, police say.

It's alleged the pair brandished the knives at a teenage attendant at the Ipswich store in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A 21-year-old and 20-year-old have both since been charged with one count each of armed robbery whilst in company.
