Magpies in dark over suspended AFL duo

Colllingwood players Lachie Keeffe and Josh Thomas remain under provisional suspension after testing positive to clenbuterol.

Colllingwood president Eddie McGuire says he is yet to receive any update on suspended players Lachie Keeffe and Josh Thomas.

The pair tested positive to the banned substance clenbuterol in March and are under provisional AFL suspension.

Their names were made public in late March, but since then there has been little additional information about the positive tests.

"It's not a surprise, because I have no visibility on it at all," McGuire said on Monday.

"We'll just let it take its course.

"It's in the hands of the AFL - they run the drug code.

"We're the last to know."
