Man and woman charged after Qld drug raids

A man and a woman face hundreds of drug charges after a series of police raids that netted more than 100kg of cannabis, amphetamines and $500,000 cash.

A man and a woman are facing hundreds of drug charges after police raided several properties across Brisbane and Logan.

More than 100kg of cannabis, amphetamines, $500,000 cash and three vehicles were seized during the raids on Thursday night and Friday morning.

A 35-year-old man has been charged with 260 counts of supplying a dangerous drug and one count each of trafficking in dangerous drugs, possessing dangerous drugs, and possessing property in the commission of a crime.

A 45-year-old woman has been charged with 101 counts of supplying a dangerous drug and one count of trafficking in dangerous drugs.

They are expected to face the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday.

Investigations continue and more arrests are expected.
