The man behind the ANZ hoax email which saw more than $A300 million temporarily wiped from the value of Whitehaven Coal yesterday says he is prepared to face the consequences.
Anti-coal protestor Jonathan Moylan sent a fake ANZ press release, saying that the bank had withdrawn critical funding for one of the coal company's newest projects.
The corporate watchdog is now investigating the matter.
