Prosecutors in Los Angeles have charged a man with stalking after he was arrested outside singer-actress Selena Gomez's home twice in one week.
Che Cruz is due to appear in a Los Angeles courtroom for an initial court appearance on Monday. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of violating a court order for returning to Gomez's home on Friday, just hours after his release from jail on a trespassing case.
Jail records do not indicate whether the 20-year-old has a lawyer.
He was first arrested after breaking into Gomez's guest home March 30 and admitted in court on Wednesday that he trespassed at her property. He was sentenced to probation and 45 days in jail but was released two days later.
