Man dies after dinghy flips near Perth

A man has died after a dinghy flipped in the water near a harbour north-west of Perth on Sunday morning.

A man has died after a dinghy flipped near a harbour north-west of Perth on Sunday morning.

Two men, believed to be aged in their 40s, were both on the dinghy when it flipped near the entrance of Hillarys Boat Harbour.

One man was able to swim to shore, but the other died in the water.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
