A man has died after a one-punch attack in the NSW Riverina.
The 58-year-old died in hospital on Sunday morning after he was found lying unconscious on a footpath outside a club on Broadway Street in Junee around 12.45am on Saturday.
Paramedics treated the man at the scene before rushing him to Wagga Base Hospital in a critical condition, but he could not be saved.
Police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the attack, or anyone with phone or dashcam footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
A special strike force has been formed to investigate the death.
