Man dies on beach on NSW Central Coast

A man has been pulled from the water at The Entrance North in NSW but died at the beach.

A man believed to be in his 60s has died at a beach on the NSW Central Coast.

The man was pulled from the water at a beach on Bondi Road at The Entrance North on Thursday afternoon and was treated by ambulance paramedics, but died at the scene.

The man has yet to be formally identified and police are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
