A Sydney man's hilarious reaction to a cake revealing the gender of his baby-to-be has gone viral.
The video discovered by AAP shows mum cutting into a large multicoloured cake as dad looks on frantically.
When the inside of the cake is revealed to be blue, meaning "it's a boy", dad runs around the room, rolls around on the floor and beats his chest.
Creators of the cake Arelio Sweetbox uploaded the video, which has been viewed more than 900,000 times, calling it the "best reaction EVER".
Viewers said the video had inspired them to do the same to their partners when they discover the gender of their baby.
