Man in coma after Central Coast bashing

A man has been put into an induced coma after he was pushed to the ground and hit his head in a car park on the NSW Central Coast.

A man has been placed in an induced coma with a fractured skull after being bashed on NSW's Central Coast.

The 37-year-old hit his head on the road after being pushed to the ground twice during a fight in a car park on Ocean View Drive, Terrigal, shortly after 1am on Saturday.

The man suffered a fractured skull and was treated by paramedics before being airlifted to Sydney's North Shore Hospital in a critical condition.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about the fight to contact Crime Stoppers.
