Man in court over Vic shooting murder

A second man has been charged with murder following the death of a Melbourne father-of-three.

A 24-year-old man has appeared in court accused of murdering a Melbourne father-of-three.

Rahib Ezadyar was remanded in the Melbourne Magistrates Court to reappear for a committal mention on October 8.

He is the second man to be charged with murdering Ali Denis Duyer, who died in hospital after being found collapsed with gunshot wounds on a Keysborough road on June 10.

He said only "ah, no" when the magistrate asked if he had any questions.

Ezadyer's suburb address was deleted from the charge sheet, which lists only a single charge of murder.

Another man, Omer Cicekdaj, 25, was charged with Mr Duyer's murder in June and will also next appear in court on October 8.
