An elderly man has died in a house fire that left two women scrambling for their lives on Queensland's Southern Downs.
The blaze broke out at the Warwick home about 2am on Saturday.
Fire crews put out the blaze and the body of the man, aged in his 80s, was found in the blackened debris, police said.
Police said the two women - one aged in her 70s and the other in her 30s - were taken to hospital as a precaution.
All three people were from the same family.
The fire is not being treated as suspicious.
