Matthew Raymond Fennell is one of four men arrested following police raids in Queensland's Gladstone region earlier this month.

Police prosecutor Mick O'Rourke told the Gladstone Magistrates court he was found with four clip seal bags of amphetamines and cannabis resin "secreted under his testicles", the Gladstone Observer reports.

Fennell and another man, Deane Jerome Sanderson, are facing multiple drugs offences.

They're expected to learn on Tuesday if their bail applications have been successful.
