A man in his 20s is in a stable condition in hospital with serious head injuries after a bus carrying 14 people rolled over in regional Victoria.

A man is in a stable condition in hospital with serious head injuries after a bus rollover in regional Victoria.

A bus carrying 14 people rolled on to its roof on Colac Ballarat Road in Enfield at 2.50pm on Saturday, police say.

A man in his 20s suffered serious head injuries and is in a stable condition at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

The other passengers suffered minor injuries and were treated by paramedics at the scene, an ambulance spokesman said.
