Manor Marussia will be on the grid for the season-opening Australian Grand Prix after passing crash tests set by the FIA.
The team missed the last three races of the 2014 Formula One campaign due to financial problems but came out of administration in February.
The marque tweeted on Thursday: "Our big news of today is that we have now passed the FIA crash tests. Well done team! That's it - we're all set for Melbourne! #F1".
The make-up of their backroom staff has also been confirmed, with John Booth's place as team principal unchanged, Graeme Lowdon serving as president and sporting director and Justin King named interim chairman.
Stephen Fitzpatrick, boss of energy brand Ovo, is the new primary investor.
Lowdon told www.formula1.com: "I want to thank all of the teams, the FIA, Formula One management, our suppliers and staff and of course all of the fans for the support we've received over the past six months.
"It has been a challenging period for all of us but we've come through it and now we just want to go racing again.
"With formidable new business leadership in Stephen Fitzpatrick and the board presence of Justin King we are now in a great place ahead of the new season. This is a fantastic and very rewarding moment for all those involved with the team."
British driver Will Stevens and an as-yet-unnamed partner will begin the season with an interim car before an updated design is rolled out.
The Australian GP is on Sunday week.
