Police have launched an investigation after a man's body was found inside a western Sydney home on Sunday.

The body of a man has been found inside a western Sydney home.

Police have launched an investigation into the discovery, which occurred at about 11am on Sunday, at a home on Belmore Street in Fairfield East.

The man has not yet been identified, police say.

A crime scene has been established.
