Mason slams anti-social behaviour claims

Willie Mason has slammed allegations he was behaving in an anti-social manner during last weekend's NRL Auckland Nines.

Controversial Manly prop Willie Mason has hit out at allegations of anti-social behaviour during last weekend's NRL Auckland Nines tournament.

The former NSW and Test representative was allegedly involved in a `play-fight' with his brother Les outside Eden Park after the end of the first day's play on Saturday.

The incident has been described a minor but it is nonetheless the subject of an investigation by the NRL Integrity Unit and the Sea Eagles.

But Mason slammed claims he had done anything wrong on Twitter on Monday.

"Didn't realize it was illegal to wrestle your brother!pretty sure thats not anti-social!lol i was more pissed off i got beat!#anotherbeatup." Mason Tweeted.

Mason was not part of the Sea Eagles' Nines squad but attended as a guest of the NRL season opening tournament's events partner.
