McCullough re-signs with Broncos

Brisbane hooker Andrew McCullough has re-signed with NRL club Brisbane for another four seasons.

Brisbane hooker Andrew McCullough is set to become a one club man after re-signing with the NRL club for another four years.

The 27-year-old rake became the latest Bronco to commit to the club, agreeing to a new deal that will conclude in the 2021 season.

"It is exciting," said McCullough, a member of the Broncos leadership group.

"To be here another four years and to have that security for myself and my fiancee is really good, and something that doesn't happen often in rugby league.

"But I am very grateful for it."

Earmarked as a future Broncos captain, McCullough joins the likes of Josh McGuire and Corey Oates to have re-signed with Brisbane.

"We see these guys as the next crop of leaders of the Broncos, so to have those players committing to new deals underlines the great stability of the club as a whole," Broncos CEO Paul White said.

Brisbane still have 18 players off contract this year including skipper Darius Boyd, Anthony Milford and Kiwi internationals Adam Blair, Alex Glenn and Jordan Kahu.
