McGrath to sell 175 Millers Point homes

McGrath has already offloaded 56 homes for the NSW government for a total $166.85 million and now has won a contract to sell another 175.

McGrath real estate agent has won a NSW government contract to sell 175 homes in Sydney's Millers Point.

McGrath says it expects the public housing sale, which is scheduled to start in the second half of June, of lofts, apartments, unit blocks and other homes to raise more than $200 million.

The ASX-listed real estate agent has already offloaded 56 homes for Property NSW for a total of $166.85 million.
