AFL chief Gillon McLachlan has unloaded on Ticketek, with the ticketing agency failing footy fans for the second straight week.
Tickets for MCG matches were delayed until Friday after Ticketek botched the initial launch.
But when many people went to buy tickets at the second day of asking, they again were found wanting.
Some couldn't log on, some transactions wouldn't complete and others were hit by booking fees when the agency promised not to slug consumers as an apology for the initial stuff-up.
McLachlan said it wasn't good enough.
"The number of AFL members who were either denied or delayed by errors in the Ticketek system is unacceptable," he said.
"As AFL CEO, I am disappointed for AFL members who were impacted.
"We have been in regular communication with the MCC today who share our anger at the standard of service provided by Ticketek.
"The AFL and the MCG cannot tolerate having our fans impacted this way. I will be working closely with the MCC as the ticketing system must be greatly improved."
McLachlan said the system was now working but the league would meet the MCC and Ticketek in the coming week.
