James Packer's former wife Jodhi Meares will apply for an apprehended violence order against her fiance, Noiseworks singer Jon Stevens, at a Sydney court on Thursday.

The AVO stems from an incident at the Point Piper home of Meares and Stevens, real name John Stevenson, in which police were called on Monday night, Fairfax Media reports.

The matter is listed for mention at Waverley Local Court on Thursday.

Model turned designer Meares was last August fined $1100 and disqualified from driving for a year after pleading guilty to a drink driving charge in the same court.

The 43-year-old blew 0.181 and had to be rescued from her Range Rover after smashing into three parked cars in Bellevue Hill in June.
