Australian captain Meg Lanning is sticking to underarm throws and concedes she's still nervous about her troublesome shoulder.
The 25-year-old skipper, who missed the Australian summer after having shoulder surgery, says she is still confident she can contribute to Australia's tour of India.
Ahead of Thursday's second one-day international in Vadodara, she admitted she won't throw overarm on this tour.
"I'm still working that," Lanning said late on Wednesday.
"I still feel like if I get myself in the right positions I'll be able to contribute. I still feel like I can be effective."
She was run out for 33 in the first one-day match on Sunday - her first competitive match since July's World Cup.
"I'm still a little nervous diving around on it but other than that it's pretty good," Lanning said.
Australian coach Matthew Mott backed her to regain the form that helped her pass the 50-run mark 22 times in her 64 one-day internationals.
"She was really nervous coming into this series," he said.
"We saw enough there (in the first match) to know she is in good form.
"In the second and third match, hopefully she can go big."
Lanning's shoulder issue first appeared in July 2016 and impacted her throwing.
It was another full year until she went under the knife, after problems developed before Australia was knocked out of the World Cup semi-finals.
That ruled her out of the women's Ashes and women's Big Bash while she was denied a February return to the WNCL based on medical advice.
