Melb drunk driver caught in his driveway

A drunk driver pulling into his driveway in Melbourne has blown more than six times the legal blood alcohol limit.

A drunk driver in Melbourne has been caught more than six times over the blood alcohol limit just metres from his front door.

The 40-year-old man was driving erratically along his street in Cranbourne East before officers intercepted him as he pulled into his driveway about 1.30am on Monday.

The man got a free ride to a nearby police station where he allegedly gave a blood alcohol reading of 0.316 per cent.
