Melbourne carpark flooded with diesel

The Reserve Bank building in Melbourne has been flooded by an estimated three thousand litres of diesel.

Three thousand litres of diesel have leaked into the basement carpark of the Reserve Bank building in Melbourne.

Police have closed Collins Street in both directions, a Victoria Police spokeswoman said.

Fire brigade crews are at the scene.
