Meth lab found in NSW

A man has been charged with various drug offences after NSW police allegedly discovered a clandestine drug laboratory.

A 42-year-old man has been charged following the discovery of a clandestine drug laboratory in northern NSW.

Detectives say they discovered the laboratory and more than 3.5 grams of methylamphetamine during a search a unit in Forster on Thursday afternoon.

A 42-year-old man has been charged with various drugs offences.

He was refused bail and is due to appear at Taree Local Court on Friday.
