Almost eight years since Croatia first issued a request for his extradition, Daniel Snedden is back in the Federal Court mounting another appeal.
The Perth man, who has spent the greater part of that time in prison, is wanted in relation to allegations of war crimes during the 1990s conflict in Croatia.
