Australian star Minjee Lee has claimed her third title in two seasons on the LPGA Tour, holding on to win the Blue Bay LPGA at Hainan Island, China.
The 20-year-old birdied the last hole for a two-under 70 and 13 under total as she won by a shot from fellow joint overnight leader Jessica Korda (71).
She also had to hold off a late surge from the season's most prolific winner Ariya Jutanugarn of Thailand who looked a good chance for win No.6 in 2016 when she drew level with one hole to play after Lee made her only bogey on the 17th.
However Jutanugarn made a double bogey on the last for a 70 and third place.
Lee led or shared the lead after every round, opening the tournament with scores of 65 67 that put her six shots clear at the halfway point.
It was world No.17 Lee's second win of the year, following her success at the Lotte Championship in Hawaii in April.
