Mirvac's HY profit up 7% to $508m

Mirvac Group says "quality earnings" across its office, industrial and retail portfolios has helped it lift first-half revenue and profit.

Commerical and industrial property group Mirvac's first-half profit has risen seven per cent to $508 million with strong performance and earnings across its office, industrial and retail portfolios.

The company's revenue jumped 17 per cent to $1.36 billion in the six months to December 31.

Mirvac will pay an unfranked interim dividend of 4.9 cents per stapled security, up 0.2 cents.
