A commercial fishing boat 'Dianne' which overturned in Bustard Bay, off the coast of south-east Queensland, has been found on Friday afternoon.
The vessel was detected by sonar about three to five kilometres off Round Hill Headland, Queensland Police said.
Water Police will remain at the scene overnight and a full recovery operation will commence on Saturday morning.

Meanwhile fisherman Ruben McDornan was rescued on Tuesday and shared a tearful reunion with his wife two days later.
Two yachties who spotted him by chance as they moved their sailing catamaran to a more sheltered spot.
He was fighting for his life in the heavy swell after the upturned boat he had clung to sunk to the sea floor. He was exhausted and injured.
Mr McDornan clung to the boat's hull for hours as his crewmates screamed for help from below deck and then he tread water in open seas as he yelled out to be rescued.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman told SBS News divers would be going into the sea when there was enough light.
Water police will be guarding the scene near the town of 1770 to preserve it until the morning.
