Police have found two young children who vanished from their beds in Brisbane.

Police have found two young children who vanished from their beds in Brisbane overnight.

The children, a boy aged 7 and his sister, 6, have been found safe and well on the Sunshine Coast.

The children went missing from their beds from a home at Woolloongabba overnight.

Police suspected they were with a woman they knew well, but would not say if she was the children's mother.

No other information was immediately available.
