A teenage mother reported missing after leaving a South Brisbane hospital with her infant daughter has been found safe and well.
The 16-year-old and her child, believed to be eight months old, were last seen at the hospital around 7pm on Friday.
Police were concerned for welfare of the two because the behaviour was out of character for the teen, and the child had not finished receiving medical treatment.
