Valcke says Bundchen will join Carles Puyol, a player on Spain's 2010 winning team, in carrying the trophy on the pitch before the final at the Maracana stadium in Rio de Janeiro.
World Cup protocol requires the presidents of the host nation and FIFA to jointly present the trophy.
Valcke says Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff and FIFA president Sepp Blatter "should give the trophy to the winning team."
