Labor is driving the campaign agenda and that's giving it momentum in the run-up to the July 2 federal election, a senior frontbencher says.
Anthony Albanese says the opposition has so far led the way on economic, education, health and infrastructure policies, showing voters Labor has a plan to govern.
"It is the government, with all the resources that they have, they've been following and responding (to Labor)," he told Sky News on Sunday.
