Monfils, Dolgopolov to play Hopman Cup

Gael Monfils and Alexandr Dolgopolov have joined a host of big names already confirmed for the 2016 Hopman Cup, joining Lleyton Hewitt and Andy Murray.

French superstar Gael Monfils and former world top 20 player Alexandr Dolgopolov have confirmed their entry for the Hopman Cup.

Monfils will partner Caroline Garcia for the French, while 2011 Australian Open quarter-finalist Dolgopolov's attendance marks Ukraine's first entry in the Cup in 21 years.

It was announced in September that Andy Murray would headline the tournament for Great Britain while Lleyton Hewitt and Casey Dellacqua will represent Australia.

The tournament begins on January 3 in Perth.
