More licence trouble for Babacar

Fiorentina star Khouma Babacar could face police charges after being stopped while driving a car without a valid licence.

Fiorentina star Khouma Babacar could face police charges after being stopped while driving a car without a valid licence for the second time.

La Gazzetta dello Sport's website reported that the 21-year-old Senegalese striker was stopped by police at 3am on Saturday at the wheel of a Porsche Cayenne.

The luxury car was seized and Babacar was cautioned, said the report.

It is the second time Babacar has been stopped by police in such circumstances.

In August 2011, police seized a Chevrolet from Babacar after he was unable to produce a valid driving licence. At the time he showed a Senegalese licence, which is not valid in Italy.
