A motorcyclist is fighting for his life after he was thrown from his bike while taking part in an event at Sydney's Eastern Creek racetrack.
The 24-year-old man has serious head injuries and is in a critical condition at Westmead Hospital following the accident at 1.50pm on Sunday.
According the Sydney Motorsport Park website, a motorbike club event was being held there on Sunday.
