Medecins Sans Frontieres says the deteriorating security situation in the South Sudanese town of Leer has forced its staff to flee.
MSF says two weeks ago, 240 of its local staff left Leer Hospital, fleeing into the bush with several dozen of the most severely injured patients and thousands of local people.
It says the worsening security situation has made access difficult and MSF has lost contact with two-thirds of its staff.
Raphael Gorgeu is the head of MSF's mission in South Sudan and spoke to Santilla Chingaipe from the capital Juba.
