In the face of tribal and personal disputes, an international medical aid group has had to suspend its work in northern Yemen.
Medicins Sans Frontiers or Doctors Without Borders withdrew from a hospital in the Amran province for 10 days following threats and attacks against the aid organisation.
But after an apology from a local tribal group that involving a slaughtered cow, MSF has returned to its work helping thousands of patients.
The Head of Mission for MSF in Yemen, Thierry Durand, explained the challenges to Ildi Amon.
