Myer hires CFO from Toll Holdings

Former Toll Holdings executive Grant Devonport will join department store retailer Myer as its new chief financial officer from late July.

Department store Myer has hired former Toll Holdings senior executive Grant Devonport as its new chief financial officer.

Mr Devonport, who was chief financial officer at Toll since 2011, is expected to start work in his new role in late July.

His appointment comes after the retailer appointed Richard Umbers as chief executive in March and launched a major strategic review.

Toll has been bought by Japan Post.
