National Australia Bank has widened its paid parental leave policy, offering new dads 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
In a bid to level the playing field when it comes to gender stereotypes, the bank says its employees can now take the leave at any time within the first year of a child's life.
The 12-week offer was previously only available to the primary carer upon the birth or adoption of a new child, NAB said on Monday.
